We significantly enhanced the main application navigation by replacing the previous top-bar-only approach with a modern sidebar component. This new sidebar supports three distinct, switchable visual variants—rail, toggle, and dropdown—improving the discoverability and accessibility of core application sections like Dashboard, Reports, Organizations, and Settings across different screen sizes and user preferences.

Several improvements were made to the user experience within the new navigation structure. The Settings and Sign Out options were consolidated into a unified, collapsible user menu, featuring a new avatar component that gracefully falls back from a profile image to initials or a default icon. Furthermore, we standardized how active links are determined and ensured consistent visual alignment across all sidebar modes, including fixes for collapsed state rendering.

On the feature front, we introduced a new Subscription page for organizations, clearly communicating that Lotta Supply remains free during the current beta phase. Finally, foundational work was completed to unify page layouts under the new sidebar structure and we resolved an issue where our primary brand color was not rendering correctly due to a configuration update, ensuring consistent styling throughout the workspace.
